THE STORY OF HOW WE MET

The Story of How We Met

It started as a poem, as a note, as a question posed.

What happens when you leave something for someone to find? Does it change that object’s value or meaning?

We set out to find out, with our clothes, a camera and the following note to hang in trees:

“Thank you for finding me.

I am more then you might expect,

But only a piece of clothing.

I was made for this purpose,

To be found by you.

I’d like to belong to you,

On your back and on your floor,

To breakfast, to the park,

Or even framed above your mantle.

Tell your friends about me,

Tell the story of how we met…”
